Customers wishing to return an item must contact Scott Gentry Sculpture, LLC via email (info@scottgentrysculpture.com) within the first thirty (30) days after receipt of item(s) purchased. Request for refund must indicate order number and detailed reason(s) of the refund request.

Each item is carefully packaged to arrive safely at your destination. Additional care is taken to protect the glass, as well as each of the four corners of the frame. The item is then surrounded in bubble wrap and secured to prevent damage during the shipping process.
